A unique hand forged chef knife. Crafted from a recycled sawmill blade with a full tang yarran timber handle with stainless steel pins

The blade is 210 mm (8 1/4 inches) long and 40 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 340 mm , nice balance 2.7 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to under 1 mm near the tip , about 206 gm. Handle is 135 mm long, 20 mm wide, 22mm deep

Please read the care instruction page before purchase. Being made from old saws this is carbon steel ( AKA black steel) , not stainless steel so will tarnish and develop a patina with time and may rust if not cared for. Thank you.
