A unique hand forged chef knife. Crafted from a recycled sawmill blade with a full tang bulloak timber handle with brass pins

The blade is 223 mm (8 3/4 inches) long and 50 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 355 mm , nice balance 3 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to under 1 mm near the tip , about 180 gm. Handle is 140 mm long, 20 mm wide, 23mm deep

Please read the care instruction page before purchase. Being made from old saws this is carbon steel ( AKA black steel) , not stainless steel so will tarnish and develop a patina with time and may rust if not cared for. Thank you.
