chef knife - blade length; 185mm (7 1/4 inches) overall length, 305mm width of blade at heel; 47mm thickness of spine at handle; 2.5 tapering to less than 1mm , weight; 165 Balance; good

Paring Knife - blade length; 115mm overall length, 225mm width of blade at heel; 30mm thickness of spine at handle 2.2mm tapering to less than 1mm
