A hand forged Damascus steel chef knife . The Damascus is 104 layers of 1084 and 15n20 . The full tang handle is made from jam tree timber with stainless steel pins

The blade length is 185 mm (7 ¼ inches) long 49 mm wide at the heel . Handle is 140mm long , 21mm wide and 24mm deep . Overall length is 325 mm , 2.1 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering quickly to under 1mm near the tip , about 175gm and a nice balance.
