A unique hand forged santoku style chef knife. Crafted from a recycled sawmill blade with a full tang jarrah timber handle with stainless steel pins

The blade is 135 mm ( 5 ¼ inches) long and 41 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 260 mm handle is 120mm long, 19mm wide and 22mm deep . nice balance 2.5 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to 1 mm near the tip , about 130 gm.

Please read the care instruction page before purchase. Being made from old saws this is carbon steel ( AKA black steel) , not stainless steel so will tarnish and develop a patina with time and may rust if not cared for. Thank you.
